Shipping Options

 

Your shipping options are as follows:

Ground, Express and Rush orders placed by 3 pm Eastern Standard Time are processed the same day assuming credit validation and availability of inventory. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is delayed. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Fridays, weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.

•International Shipping is not available at this time.

•APO and FPO (2-6 weeks)

Orders usually ship within three business days. Orders placed after 3pm Eastern Standard Time on Fridays, weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Charges are calculated on the subtotal of your order prior to the addition of sales tax and on the type of shipping option you request. On average, you will be charged less than the actual cost of shipping your merchandise to you. Additionally, you are never charged a handling fee to process your order or pay for shipping materials. When you check out, you will be able to see exactly how much you are being charged for your shipment.

Is there any other way to receive free shipping?


K&G offers free shipping to any one of our store locations nationwide. The store you select will contact you upon receipt of your merchandise to arrange a pickup at your convenience. To take advantage of this offer, choose the Free Shipping To Store shipping option when you select your shipping method during the checkout process. (Please review our Ship to Store Procedures)


Do you ship internationally?


No. At the present time, K&G ships to the United States and to the territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We will also ship to all APO and FPO addresses. We have no plans to ship globally at this time; however you can keep an eye on our website for any changes in the future.


Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?


Yes. APO and FPO orders are shipped via the USPS ground only and take 2 - 6 weeks; however, transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints, according to the Military Postal Service Agency.


When will my order be shipped?

How do I track my order?


There are three ways you can track your order.


Guest User:
If you checked out as a guest user you can click on ORDER STATUS at the top of the home page and enter your order number from your confirmation email or you can track by using the assigned courier's internet address and tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. (ex. http://ups.com). 


Rewards Member:
To check the status of your order if you are a K&G Rewards member, click here to access the K&G Member Sign In page. Once you sign in, you will be able to view your order status, along with your Rewards Member information.


By Phone:
You can also check the status of your order by calling us toll-free at 877-709-5454 for assistance. Please have your Order Confirmation Number available.

Ship to Store


You have opted to have your merchandise shipped to one of our stores for pick-up.

Please note that you are the owner of the merchandise as of the invoice ship date. The invoice ship date is the starting date of our 30 day return policy. If you wish to return any or all unaltered merchandise and receive full credit back to the original form of payment for the unaltered merchandise, you have two options:

Option 1:
You can return your unaltered merchandise to any one of our 100 plus locations. To receive credit back to your original form of payment, you must return the merchandise before or on the 30th day from the invoice ship date.

Option 2:
Merchandise will need to be in the mail before the expiration of the 30 day return policy outlined in our Returns policy. Returns by mail can take 14 - 21 days to process.

How will I know when my product has been shipped to the store?

You will receive a Ship Confirmation email. In the Ship Confirmation email, there will be a list of your products, the address of the store you chose to have it delivered, and a tracking number to help you know where your order is at all times.

How will I be contacted to come in and pick up my order?

In addition to receiving your shipment confirmation email with tracking number the store manager will make two attempts to reach you by phone, three days apart.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

In the rare case that an order has not been claimed by you, K&G Stores will credit the order amount of the unclaimed merchandise back to the original form of payment. This process starts on the 30th day from the ship date on the invoice. It could take another 14 - 21 days (after the 30th day following the invoice date) to process the return back to your credit card, if that was your form of payment.
