TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in K&G Men’s Company LLC’s (“K&G”) Woven In Faith (“Program”). By participating in the Program, all organizations, its representatives, and it’s members participating as customers shopping at K&G agree to comply with the following:

1. Program Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the Program is open exclusively to recognized places of worship within the United States who have submitted an application along with the required documentation and been approved for participation (“Registered Organization”).

1.2. Each place of worship must complete and submit an application signed by a duly authorized representative together with the required forms and attachments including the proper proof of 501(c)(3) status documentation.

1.3. K&G shall have the sole discretion to determine eligibility and approval.

1.4. If approved, it will be eligible to participate in the Program as a Registered Organization and be provided with a set of Identification Tag bearing a unique identification code linked to said Registered Organization. The Identifying Tag may be a Program Keychain or Wallet Card.

1.5. Members, including the member’s friends and family, of the Registered Organization may only receive a Program Keychain or Wallet Card to participate in the Program (“Registered Participant”).

1.6. Only the Registered Organization may distribute its Program Keychain or Wallet Card to its members. It is the responsibility of the Registered Organization to oversee and control the distribution of its Identifying Tag.

1.7. No Registered Organization shall solicit membership or distribute its Identification Tags to non-members for purposes related to the Program at or within immediate proximity of a K&G store.

2. Receiving a Give-Back Payment

2.1. A Registered Participant wishing to support its registered place of worship must present the Program Keychain or Wallet Card linked to that specific organization at the time of purchase. K&G is not responsible in any manner for a Registered Participant not presenting an Identification Tag at the time of purchase. Retroactive application of purchases is not permitted.

2.2. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for the give-back payment.

2.3. Clearance items, gift cards, and services such as alterations are Excluded Items from the Program. Only full-price and promotional sale merchandise (excluding clearance) contribute toward the give-back payment calculation.

2.4. The give-back payment will be calculated as 10% of the net purchase value of merchandise (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and Excluded Items).

2.5. Give-back funds will be paid by check to the registered place of worship on a quarterly basis on amounts greater than $100. Payments will be issued to the name and address indicated in the application. If the $100 threshold is not met in each quarter, the balance will roll over to the next quarter(s) until the threshold is reached.

3. Program Administration

3.1. It is the responsibility of the Registered Organization to notify K&G of any changes to contact details, mailing address, or representative information.

3.2. K&G reserves the right to verify purchases and Program participation at any time.

3.3. Registered Organization and/or Registered Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior may be disqualified at the sole discretion of K&G.

4. Termination and Changes

4.1. K&G reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

4.2. In the event of termination, any earned but unpaid cash-back amounts will be processed and paid based on eligible purchases made by or a within 12 business days after the termination date.

4.3. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation in any state or jurisdiction.

5. Tax and Legal Compliance

5.1. It is the sole responsibility of the Registered Organization to determine the treatment and categorization of the payment received through the Program for tax purposes and report and pay any applicable taxes.

5.2. All payments will be reported as required by law. A Form 1099 may be issued for payment totals that meet or exceed the IRS threshold.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. K&G shall not be held liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected payments due to incorrect information provided by the Registered Organization.

6.2. Participation in the Program is at the Registered Organization’s and its Registered Participants’ own risk. K&G makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Program or any benefits associated therewith.

K&G PROM REWARDS PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in K&G Men’s Company LLC’s (“K&G”) Prom Rewards Program (“Program”) which runs from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 (“Program Period”). By participating in the Program, all participating schools, their representatives, and students shopping at K&G agree to comply with the following:

1. Program Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the Program is open exclusively to recognized high schools within the United States that have been invited to participate and have been approved by K&G (“Participating School”).

1.2. Each high school must complete and submit an application online by a duly authorized representative together with the required forms and attachments including the proper proof of W-9 and 501(c)(3) status documentation if applicable.

1.3. K&G shall have the sole discretion to determine school eligibility and approval.

1.4. Each Participating School will be assigned a unique barcode linked to that specific school for use in stores.

1.5. The unique barcode provided to each Participating School (“School Barcode”) will be used by students when making qualifying purchases to receive discounts and generate donations for their school.

2. Discounts and Give-Back Donations

2.1. Students wishing to participate in the Program and support their school must inform the cashier of their school affiliation at checkout and ensure that the School Barcode is scanned at the time of purchase. Retroactive application of purchases is not permitted.

2.2. During the Program Period, when the School Barcode is scanned, the student will receive a 10% discount on their entire purchase, excluding alterations and gift cards.

2.3. For every qualifying transaction made during the Program Period, K&G will donate 10% of the pre-tax purchase amount to the associated Participating School.

2.4. Donations will be calculated based on paid purchases before tax, excluding clearance, gift cards, alterations, or other excluded services.

2.5. Donation payments will be calculated within 90 days following the end of the Program Period, and checks will be sent within 30 days thereafter to the Participating School at the address provided to K&G.

3. Program Administration

3.1. It is the responsibility of the Participating School to notify K&G of any changes to its contact details, mailing address, or representative information.

3.2. K&G reserves the right to verify purchases, barcode use, and participation at any time.

3.3. Participating Schools or individuals found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior (including unauthorized barcode use) may be disqualified at the sole discretion of K&G.
