K&G PROM REWARDS PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in K&G Men’s Company LLC’s (“K&G”) Prom Rewards Program (“Program”) which runs from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 (“Program Period”). By participating in the Program, all participating schools, their representatives, and students shopping at K&G agree to comply with the following:
1. Program Eligibility
1.1. Participation in the Program is open exclusively to recognized high schools within the United States that have been invited to participate and have been approved by K&G (“Participating School”).
1.2. Each high school must complete and submit an application online by a duly authorized representative together with the required forms and attachments including the proper proof of W-9 and 501(c)(3) status documentation if applicable.
1.3. K&G shall have the sole discretion to determine school eligibility and approval.
1.4. Each Participating School will be assigned a unique barcode linked to that specific school for use in stores.
1.5. The unique barcode provided to each Participating School (“School Barcode”) will be used by students when making qualifying purchases to receive discounts and generate donations for their school.
2. Discounts and Give-Back Donations
2.1. Students wishing to participate in the Program and support their school must inform the cashier of their school affiliation at checkout and ensure that the School Barcode is scanned at the time of purchase. Retroactive application of purchases is not permitted.
2.2. During the Program Period, when the School Barcode is scanned, the student will receive a 10% discount on their entire purchase, excluding alterations and gift cards.
2.3. For every qualifying transaction made during the Program Period, K&G will donate 10% of the pre-tax purchase amount to the associated Participating School.
2.4. Donations will be calculated based on paid purchases before tax, excluding clearance, gift cards, alterations, or other excluded services.
2.5. Donation payments will be calculated within 90 days following the end of the Program Period, and checks will be sent within 30 days thereafter to the Participating School at the address provided to K&G.
3. Program Administration
3.1. It is the responsibility of the Participating School to notify K&G of any changes to its contact details, mailing address, or representative information.
3.2. K&G reserves the right to verify purchases, barcode use, and participation at any time.
3.3. Participating Schools or individuals found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior (including unauthorized barcode use) may be disqualified at the sole discretion of K&G.
4. Termination and Changes
4.1. K&G reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
4.2. In the event of termination, any earned but unpaid donations will be processed and paid based on eligible purchases made within 12 business days after the termination date.
4.3. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation in any state or jurisdiction.
5. Tax and Legal Compliance
5.1. It is the sole responsibility of the Participating School to determine the treatment and categorization of donation payments received through the Program for tax purposes and to report and pay any applicable taxes.
5.2. All payments will be reported as required by law. A Form 1099 may be issued for payment totals that meet or exceed the IRS reporting threshold.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. K&G shall not be held liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected payments due to incorrect information provided by the Participating School.
6.2. Participation in the Program is at the Participating School’s and its students’ own risk. K&G makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Program or any benefits associated therewith.
